Discovery
Let’s begin with a 30-minute virtual meeting to learn about your company and find out how we can help and add value to your event. You can do this by following the link below. This link will take you to our pre-formatted contact form which will ask for some key questions to help guide our meeting.

Custom Proposal
Following our discovery meeting, we’ll spend the next few days drafting a custom proposal that meets your exact needs and fits your budget. We treat every project as unique, with different needs, goals, and solutions because it’s important to us that our proposal is the perfect approach to help achieve your goals.

Partnership Kick-off
Once we receive your approval, and confirm the good fit, we’ll spend the following few weeks developing a clear action plan for moving forward – your Experiential Blueprint. Once this roadmap is in place, our kick-off meeting is scheduled to align all team members along our common vision.
